This is a behind-the-scenes view into Nicky Hayden's garage as he preps his Ducati Superbike 1198 SP for a test on the new surface at IMS with the aid of Ducati Indianapolis. Thanks to Mel Harder, Senior VP of Ops at IMS, for letting us shadow him and the 2006 MotoGP World Champion during the test session leading up to the Red Bull Indianapolis GP. Nicky's a good guy. He was focused and determined, head down and working hard during the test, but polite and all-smiles when folks approached him.
