This Dump and Go Pot Roast is one of my FAVORITES! It only takes a few ingredients and everyone will love it! Your carrots will be VERY well done. The thicker your carrots, the better they will taste. My family likes them well done, but cut your carrots how you like them! I used a 2 pound roast, but you could use a 3 or 4 pound roast. Same recipe, just add 10 minutes to your cooking time. Just remember when using the Instant Pot, it takes 10-20 minutes to pressurize! If you are cooking for 1-2 people I would suggest the 3 Quart. If you are cooking for more, I would suggest the 6 quart!
