There's a montage of "unsafe" followed by a compare and contrast of "unsafe" to "safe/safer" and it ends with a montage of "safer/safe" plus a couple of bloopers. I'm sorry my editing skills are so lame that I couldn't figure out how to get Heidi out of the mirror (I'm the Blair Witch of Pilates!) but at least I figured out dubbing and inserting photos (of Joe! watch for him!).
