The VersaBlock is a well featured monoblock for the automatic filling, plugging and optional capping of your products into vials, vape pens, pre-filled syringes and other small containers. Closures can include plugging stations for droppers/reducers, drop tips, squeeze dropper tubes, pump sprays with dip tubes, snap on caps or screw caps. Designed for manufacturing environments where a large variety of products must be handled, the VersaBlock features pick and place capping with optional pre-spin to turn the cap as it is applied to the bottle eliminating cross threads. The PallayPack Versablock has been designed for quick changeover. Basic models are available for glass or plastic vials, rubber stoppers or plugs, screw caps or crimp caps. The standard pumping system supplied is a peristaltic pump equipped with a Watson Marlow pump head allowing rapid transition from the laboratory to production. The pump is stepper motor driven, fully controllable from the operator interface panel (H.M.I.). Optional ceramic seal-less piston pumps are available as well. In order to simplify the operation, the basic machine has been designed to allow manual plug and/or cap placement in order to reduce the investment required in low volume production. Automatic plug and cap sorters, and feeders, with automatic pick and place systems can be added to the basic machine even years after initial purchase for fully automatic operation. This provides ultimate flexibility. Maintaining the equipment is simple an efficient. We have made the VersaBlock to be easy to set up and to adjust. This includes simple easy to understand engineers HMI screens which allow adjustment of all functions, enable/diaabling of all functions and monitoring of each input and out put of the PLC controller. Each screen is password protected to be accessible only by your qualified people. Options such as seal-less piston pumps, pre-filled syringe stoppering (vacuum), laminar flow hood, container infeed systems, out feed for connection to labeler, or casters for full mobility are available when required.
