Depression is a real issue in our lives. So many of us walk around trying to cope with issues that we never unpack. My name is Justin Lamar and I live with PTSD. Some days I'm full of life, and some days I'm down and out. Life isn't as easy I thought it would be as a kid. Life is hard and full of lessons. The biggest lesson I've learned is to love myself.
