The so-called High Level Structure (HLS) that specifies the identical structure, common vocabulary and core requirements for ISO management system standards is currently being revised. A special ISO task force has been established to prepare this limited revision that should be ready by the end of 2020. The task force is chaired by Nigel Croft (Brazil) with Dick Hortensius (Netherlands) as secretary. During a webinar on 22nd of March 2019, Dick Hortensius is interviewed by Rene Gouwens and provides information on the background, scope and planning of this revision and the results of the first meeting of the task force in Atlanta, February 2019.
