As coalition troops rolled over the border into Iraq in 2003, the reserve medics of 202 Field Hospital are preparing to treat the wounded. But over the coming weeks, the British and American injured fail to show up, and instead the beds are soon full of Iraq civilians who had been caught in the crossfire.
