Part 1 of scene 7 from the first play I directed at the EL Centro Theatre in Los Angeles. Marber's brilliance shines in this scene about the struggle of two people wrestling with their need to handle their truth, in a place devoid of the truth - a London strip club. It is now one of my favorites, thanks to your direction. Closer was performed live for a six-week run. The set was intentionally minimal, augmented by video projection lighting and the music.
