A musical rendering of the complete worship ritual or Puja to Sadgurudeva Parama Pujya Sri Sri Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji, who is the present day incarnation of Adi Guru Dattatreya who is mentioned in the Upanishads and the Puranas. He is the spiritual preceptor of all gurus through eternity. It includes the Sadguru Stavam. This audio is an excerpt from NADA KATHA SUDHA, the 36 hour Telugu dramatized mp3 audio book of Sri Swamiji's Life History based on the book written by Sri Kuppa Krishnamurthy, and published by Avadhoota Datta Peetham. The audio book gives also the meaning of each verse in Telugu. For the text of this puja ritual you may indicate your interest with an email ID in the comments section. It is available in English, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada scripts in PDF format. The worship begins with making a resolve to perform the worship. Sadguru is meditated upon, invoked, welcomed, and offered a comfortable seat. Sacred water is offered to wash his feet, his hands, and to sip. A sweet drink is offered, followed by a bath in holy waters. Beautiful clothes, a sacred thread, sandalwood paste, decorations, perfumes, and ornaments are offered. The Sadguru's entire body is worshiped, from the soles of the feet to the top of the crown. His praises are sung with the 108 descriptive names. Incence, lamps, and nourishing food and drink are offered. Betel leaves and camphor light are offered. Prayers are reverentially offered for his grace and protection as well as for the removal of negative tendencies such as greed and anger. All actions by thought, word, and deed are placed at his sacred feet in total surrender. Sung by Smt. Rajarajeshwari Kalaga. Note: I do not own the photographs pictured here.
