Kool and the Gang headlined the show and energized 1400 international guests at this spectacular awards gala at Aria Resort. Working synergistically with the Catering & Technical teams from the resort, and 5A Incentive Planners, MGM Resorts Events designed & produced an electrifying Las Vegas experience that will live in their memories for years to come. The entire event space was enshrouded in sparkling, fiber-optic drape, the light playfully glistening off the sequined linens. Custom-fabricated scenic elements extended the stage presence to over 100 feet-wide, creating a powerful focal point in the large ballroom. A 20’ crystal chandelier dangled above guests as they entered the ballroom, and provided a haven for all-night dancing among a grove of towering white trees and beaded embellishments.
