This kamayan dinner (boodle fight) was the first of its kind for Minasa and they are hoping to do more in the future. A kamayan is a communal style Filipino feast featuring an array of different foods. During this feast, you only use your hands to eat! The kamayan menu was prepared by Chef Maleko in a traditional Filipino style with a modern twist featuring assorted fruits, seafood, a special hot pot of sinigang soup, pork adobo and so much more.
