Target- Shop Target (Portfolio Creative Work) In this composition I wanted to integrate and explore new techniques in both 2D & 3D. A concept is inspired by many sources. I have always wanted to create visuals around the music in the video. The target idea seemed like a good reason to produce a commercial concept behind it. The flow and concept of the animation was based on the circles that make up the Target logo. I wanted to create a collage of ideas that would incorporate this shape in the scenes. Communication Strategy This project was created to strengthen my visual communication and media design skills. It is used in my graphic design portfolio as student experience, and it also serves as a visual teaching tool for others. The project goals included, integrating 2D and 3D animation to produce realistic shots as well as utilizing typographic systems to tell the story. This project was created for the purpose of commenting and criticism, in effort to stimulate public discussion.
