She is the Head of the Tata Steel Adventure Foundation and conducts leadership training camps across India's mountainous terrains for business leaders of tomorrow. Determination is all that is needed to take on the challenges of tomorrow; just as to climb a mountain or cross a river, all you need is strong willpower. People can scale great heights if they push themselves to go on. Here she talks about her journey and what inspires her to strive for new heights when the going gets tough.
