~ Farrell O'Gorman (Catholic Studies, DePaul University) ~ Scott Kelley (Vincentian Scholarship, Mission & Values, DePaul University) ~ Siobhan O'Donoghue (Community Service, DePaul University In this World Catholicism Week 2011 session, the three panelists give a brief overview of the genre, meanings, and purposes of writing spiritual memoir and then engage participants in a discussion-based exploration of the what, why, and how of writing spiritual memoir. The session was intended to be exploratory and dialogical, so participants were encouraged to come prepared to discuss and brainstorm so that they could come away with some concrete ideas about how to begin writing their own spiritual memoir.
