The Mustard Shop was hired by Bassett Events to conceptualize and create a Live Cinema Installation for the 40th Anniversary Gala of the 1972 Summit Series celebrating the original Team Canada vs. Russia. We transformed the Canadian Room at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto into an epic arena that encapsulated the memories of 8 games that changed the history of hockey. The Tenors performed, Ron McLean officiated, PM Stephen Harper introduced, and the Mounties escorted in Phil Esposito, Paul Henderson and the rest of the team of living hockey legends. Another moment in history was scored.
