We go on bike rides sometimes just before it gets really dark. Its amazing how a short bike ride from our house can take us to a place where we feel like the only people in the world. I feel like things are changing, that I'm beginning to see the world in a completely different way. I wonder how the details of the world have so easily passed me by until now. There is persistent, quiet beauty all around.
