Practice this everyday so that the lotus of your aura is completely open for you to give and receive in a complete way. What is the unfurling of the lotus? Our energy body - that lies beyond the physical body - is known as the aura. The aura is an intangible force that has multiple layers. The KQ dance is a method that enables us to strengthen our energy reserve or aura, so we can be more bonafide and better healers. This healing method can be found in your KQ Advanced manual (pg. 30-33) **This video was shot in 2019, during a Healing Retreat. At the time, the KQ Dance had been spontaneously performed by this group here. Thus, the sequence of certain prayers etc. in this video may differ slightly from that in your manual. You may follow either method - and know that the healing energies are with you and flowing through you.** Please note that you may either start unfurling your aura with the Root chakra (as given in the manual), this means that you unfurl your aura 10 times.
