This delicious cocktail is perfect for our Feijoa Gin. Ingredients: - 60ml Evergreen Feijoa Gin - 30ml Feijoa, Apple and Cinnamon Syrup* - 30ml Lemon Juice - 2 x Dashes of Fig & Fennel Bitters - Eggwhites PROCESS: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake until the shaker is frosty. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with dehydrated Apple Slice. *HOMEMADE SYRUP: 3x skinned feijoa’s + 1 cut apple + ½ a cinnamon stick + 1 cup of sugar + 1 cup of water. Add all ingredients to a pot & bring to boil. Turn it down & simmer for 5mins. Strain liquid & funnel into a bottle. Store up to 3 weeks in the fridge.
