RUACH is a Hebrew word meaning "breath," "wind," and "spirit." The feast of Pentecost, the "birthday of the church," recalls the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the disciples seven weeks after Jesus' resurrection. This collaborative video includes many voices and images, proclaiming the Pentecost story and the Good News of Jesus's victory over death in thirteen different languages, along with a gallery of photos, video clips, words, music and art celebrating the gifts and work of the Spirit in our journey as Jesus' disciples during this challenging year.
