nostalgic – On a holiday in Corfu I bought an olive wood chess set and taught both of my sons how to play chess. The chess board now has memories attached to it both of the holiday and of a special time with the boys. e:motion – Making use of a shallow depth of field the pull focus is designed to take your eye through the space between the chess pieces. The shot was stabilised using steadcam software, and then looped on the timeline by reversing the take.
