We had been hearing thunder in the night, lately which was waking us up and left us a bit puzzled. This is not the time of year for thunderstorms and there was no rain and no lightning and no one else reported strange weather phenomena in the area. Then it came to us... Aja has now been given access to the house at nights (in preparation for introducing our new kitten to the little 'cat' room) and she is free to wander where she likes. It turns out that the 'thunder' is Aja running on her wheel at different times in the middle of the night! At least she's not bored.
