In 1936, a strange house appeared on Kingston Vale. Designed by sculptor Dora Gordine and her aristocrat husband Richard Hare, it defied all convention for suburban living. With large areas of the house dedicated to the creation and display of sculpture, it only left enough room for a poky apartment at the top. Dorich explores the unconventional couple behind this unconventional house. Commissioned by Dorich House Museum and made possible by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
