Evan Huang, the Town of Highland Park IMPACT president, produced a crime prevention video for his Eagle Scout project because he “believes crime prevention is an essential virtue of our community, and knowing how to prevent and report a crime can help keep our community safe.” Highland Park DPS greatly appreciates Evan’s hard work and commitment to bettering his community.
