John Putch & Michael Pizzuto's most ambitious Super 8 sound film from 1979. Both still in High School at the time, John and Mike took some of their favorite TV and film characters and created a triple chaptered movie epic. The film spoofs, Star Wars, Dirty Harry and the 60's Batman TV series. Tied together with two old farts who go to a triple feature. Hilarious production values and crude in camera special effects made this film one of the most popular movies to see on campus of University HS in west LA. At year's end, Putch & Pizzuto were asked by most teachers in the school to exhibit the film in their classes and conduct a Q&A after. Shot on a Chinon Pacific S8 magnetic sound camera. Sound track was mixed on an Elmo GS-1200 stereo projector.
