The UZI rifle was developed by Major Uziel Gal for Israel Defense forces and entered service in 1950. The rifles and pistols were chambered in 9mm and used by over 90 countries including the United States. Southern Tactical manufactured these using original military parts kits with enough US parts to make these a civilian legal semi auto rifle.
