The seaman, Olatunbosun Ugboguwho of Nigerian nationality, had been in U.S. custody on a charge of desertion. They handed him over to Japanese police. It puts a stain on all of us who try to serve America here in Japan." 61 year old Masaaki Takahashi was found dead in his taxi with stab wounds in his neck 2 weeks ago.
