Untold Noise explores Toronto’s noise punk community and the city’s place within the music industry as an emerging mecca of creativity and art. Interviews with the individuals who have helped to foster and inspire the noise punk scene meditate on their art and their experiences, and reflect upon how the community has helped to cultivate their success as artists. The film captures the shape and driving force of the community, while exploring the overall shift in the industry towards an independent attitude.
