Couscous. Put 250g couscous into 250ml of boiling water which has a little olive oil and salt in it. Turn down the heat, mix it, so water is completely absorbed. You can add a little of butter and let it melt. Set it aside. Add small cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado into a bowl. Mix together. Optionally you can add a little of the oil from the can where the sun-dried tomatoes were in. Add the couscous. Mix. If you are not a vegetarian, you can add also shrimps or chicken filet bits. Can eat while it's still warm, or leave it to cool and to absorb all of the flavors. The annotations in the video are in Latvian :) Music is by the Kinks.
