I made this video to commemorate the most powerful, customizable, extend-friendly and still lightweight version of Microsoft's operating system for desktops. Of course, Windows XP will whatever be alive as far as anybody use it. But officially it's now dead. NT6 branch has much usability and security improvements for average users that don't want to control their workspace but that's why it's awful for power users. Customization and improving becomes more and more laborious. So there're only two ways - choose alternatives or stay on the peak version. The Funeral March arrangement with XP sounds was made myself in ModPlug Tracker. Screenshots were found all over the Internet, some of them are mine. And of course video was intetionally made in Windows Movie Maker :3 Links for the screenshots: http://2jdesign.deviantart.com/art/Windows-XP-Desktop-Screenshot-192129621 http://windows-xp-energy-blue-theme-pack.software.informer.com/screenshot/84362/ http://www.softpedia.com/progScreenshots/Vista-Live-Shell-Pack---Pink-Screenshot-108720.html http://mac-os-x-lion-skin-pack-xp.jaleco.com/ http://jroo.ru/priroda/aerogreen.html http://jroo.ru/kompyutery-i-os/aquanox2.html http://www.mstoic.com/mac-lion-skin-pack-13-to-make-windows-7-look-like-mack-lion/ http://www.emergedesktop.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1309 http://www.mcanime.net/foro/viewtopic.php?p=2345578 http://www.overclock.net/t/16226/windows-xp-mod http://winitpro.ru/index.php/2010/04/23/windows-xp-modding/ http://hacknmod.com/hack/hack-windows-xp-to-look-like-a-mac-desktop/ http://sanly.deviantart.com/art/HmmXP-Mod-Sparkle-53412708 http://winzoro.net/2011/12/16/opusos-15-gant-mod.html http://tochpc.ru/themesxp/1363-ochen-izyashhnaya-i-krasivaya-tema-dlya-windows-xp.html http://bilmas.deviantart.com/art/windows-xp-with-a-bblean-shell-26575227 http://www.deviantart.com/?offset=24&view_mode=2&order=9&q=hmmxp http://download.chip.eu/ru/bblean_1706437.html http://mister-fish.deviantart.com/art/Soft-Blue-for-BBLean-47967505 http://twilightspark1e.deviantart.com/gallery/ http://tochpc.ru/themesxp/ http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/wb5/ http://www.lightstar1.com/download.php?view.301 http://www.marketwallpapers.com/wallpapers/explore-screensavers-simpsons-windowblinds-307284.html http://www.lighttek.com/themes/themes.php
