A loving father after training his daughter in the art of hunting, takes her to an Easter egg hunt, but it's not eggs she's hunting for. It's their dinner. My inspiration for the story came to me in the early morning of 4:00 a.m. I wrote the script in 2 days and shot it the following weekend. I included an alternate ending. It was shot with a Nikon D800, mic used unfortunately was the camera's. Our boom mic pooped out on us, so I was stuck. In editing, I tried to raise the voice, it kinda worked. At the time, being new to film and editing; my skills lacked, so I did my best. Lesson learned: Always carry a backup.
