C'était un rendez-vous (déja vu) is the re-enactment of the film C'était un rendez-vous (Claude Lelouch, 1978) made using a small camera attached to the shell of a turtle. This re-make was done with the "Golden Greek" turtle called Lu-chien. The animal never exceeded 0,32 km/h making the shooting process lasting several days. Lu-chien starts its jurney in a tunnel of the Paris Périphérique passing by well known landmarks such as the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Elysées, Place de la Concorde, the Louvre, Opéra Garnier, the Moulin Rouge and the Pere Lachaise cemetery. Red lights are ignored, one-way streets are violeted and centre lines are crossed.
