A deranged king with a mustache three sizes too big and his clueless “advisor” rule an ancient Middle Eastern kingdom where everyone and everything is a bit off-kilter. Sultans, bandits, carpet weavers, and jesters alike are either trying to swindle each other out of something, or basking in the royal court’s absurdity.
