First wget from outside of viaGIA network, the second one from viaGIA network. Almost non-working internet connection by viaGIA / T-Mobile / T-Systems. Asking for help for 6 months. Problem still not resolved and I'm getting answers from support like - we are under DDOS, use Google DNS, we have no problems, the problem is with target website.... Very annoying nonsenses for 6 months :( Btw Google DNS is viaGIA's official secondary DNS...
