We are so grateful to everyone who supported and contributed their time to our fundraiser. Because of the heat wave, we adapted our plans and centered our delightful Tea Party inside the cottage, with 50 Fae enjoying one another and indulging in tea and treats served by fellow Fae. LeFay Enchanted Circle (https://www.facebook.com/groups/918588966584392) was officially launched as a new group for Fae to celebrate the splendor of nature, and to give back. The first EARTH project will partner with Sperryville Community Alliance and was made possible by funds raised at the Love Lavender Tea Party. Our gathering was in appreciation and recognition of The Solstice, International Faerie Day, and the crowning of the new Fae by the Faerie Queens from Baltimore, Richmond, Fredericksburg & Washington, VA. Each Fae received a beautiful flower crown, created and donated by Jules Got Flowers (https://www.julesgotflowers.com/), incorporating fresh lavender grown onsite at the LeFay Cottage At Little Washington lavender farm. We hope the crowning brought smiles and excitement to everyone, especially those new to the Faerie realm! We look forward to making LeFay Enchanted Circle crownings an annual tradition, welcoming new Fae into the community at LeFay Cottage At Little Washington. Our beautiful day ended with Making A Wish at the LOVE Lavender Farm with our wands.
