Hezbollah leader Nasrallah says that the group's fighters are in Syria alongside President Assad's forces and says they will fight until they win. Deborah Lutterbeck reports.<br/> <br />A Hezbollah rally is held in the Lebanon against the backdrop of tensions in part stemming from the civil war in Syria.<br/> <br />On Saturday for the first time Hezbollah leader HASSAN NASRALLAH confirms that his forces have been fighting in Syria alongside the forces of President Bashar al-Assad.<br/> <br />He vows to fight until the finish.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) HEZBOLLAH LEADER HASSAN NASRALLAH SAYING:<br/> <br />''We are going to continue down this road and we are going to take responsibility. And we accept all the sacrifices and consequences that come with this responsibility.
