Nearly one week after a deadly tornado ripped through the suburbs of Oklahoma City, residents are returning to their destroyed homes to salvage their belongings.<br/> <br />People who've lost everything are searching through mountains of debris.<br/> <br />The reality of losing a lifetime of memories is hard to reconcile.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) PAUL NEWTON, MOORE RESIDENT WHO IS HELPING HIS FRIEND LOOK FOR HIS STUFF IN LOST HOME, SAYING:<br/> <br />"It's just devastating. One minute you got everything and the next minute it's all in a pile right here."<br/> <br />But residents who only lost material items were quick to remember those who lost loved ones as well.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) BONNIE LEE, RESIDENT OF MOORE, OKLAHOMA, WHO LOST HER HOME IN THE TORNADO, SAYING:<br/> <br />"We really are grieving for the families that lost their loved ones and we want to put a big shout out and say, we need, we need shelters in all of our schools in Oklahoma, not just Moore but in all of our schools."<br/> <br />24 pe
