ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />A construction crane fell into the nine-story apartment block in Russia's city of Kirov on Sunday (May 26), damaging balconies and seven cars that were parked outside.<br/> <br />The footage filmed by a resident of a nearby building showed the crane falling onto the residential building which is home to some 300 people, including 37 children.<br/> <br />Russian Emergencies Ministry reported no casualties following the collapse of the crane.<br/> <br />The Ministry also said that the possible reason for such a collapse was that the crane may have been poorly secured.
