Fire blackens a Royal Caribbean cruise ship touring the Bahamas.<br/> <br />The Grandeur of the Seas was diverted to Freeport after a fire on the aft mooring deck.<br/> <br />All 2,224 passengers and 796 crew members were safe and accounted for after the blaze.<br/> <br />Some guests have remained in their staterooms, while others with rooms near the site of the fire are staying in hotels while damage to the ship is being evaluated.<br/> <br />The cruise ship industry has recently suffered from a spate of negative publicity after a string of incidents, including a norovirus outbreak on Royal Caribbean's ship, Vision of the Seas, in March.
