Seven people have been rescued after a suicide bomber attacked the offices of the International Red Cross in Afghanistan.<br /><br />Part of the ICRC building caught fire after the blast and gunfire could be heard.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Jennifer Glasse reports from Jalalabad.
