Recipe to prepare "Stir Fried Veg in Chinese Sauce": <br /><br />Ingredients: <br />1 tsp refined oil <br />1 tsp finely chopped ginger <br />1 tsp finely chopped garlic <br />50 gms carrot, julienned <br />100 gms cauliflower, cut into small florets <br />1 bowl mushrooms <br />200 gms cabbage, finely chopped <br />1 bowl red cabbage, chopped <br />1 tsp soya sauce <br />1 tsp red chilli sauce <br />1 capsicum, finely chopped <br />1 tsp green chilli sauce <br />salt to taste <br />1 bowl mixture of cornflour and water <br /><br />Method: <br />Heat oil in a pan. <br />Add in ginger, and saute well. <br />Add garlic, and saute. <br />Add carrot, and stir well for a little while. <br />Add cauliflower, and stir on high flame for a while. <br />Add mushrooms, and stir. <br />Add cabbage, and mix well. <br />Add 1/2 bowl red cabbage, and stir well. <br />Add soya sauce and red chilli sauce; mix well. <br />Add capsicum, and mix well. <br />Add green chilli sauce, and mix again. <br />Add salt and mix it. <br />Add mixture of cornflour and water and remaining red cabbage. Mix well. <br />Put off the flame, and plate it. <br />Stir Fried Vegetable in Chinese Sauce is ready to serve.
