A group of non-profit organisations expresses concern over a special UN intervention force being sent to the Democratic Republic of Congo. <br /><br />The United Nations has told Al Jazeera the brigade of around three thousand troops should be operational by mid-July. <br /><br />But non-profit organisations say civilians will continue to be at risk unless the Congolese army and the new force are effectively monitored.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from Nairobi.
