Flooding continues along main rivers in Central Europe as the Elbe and Danube rivers have already swamped large areas of Germany and the Czech Republic.<br /><br />But the highest water levels are expected on Friday.<br /><br />Hungary is bracing for record flooding as volunteers and soldiers hurry to reinforce dykes in Budapest.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nick Spicer reports from the German city of Dresden.
