The Kenyan Human Rights Commission says 90 thousand Kenyans were executed, tortured or maimed, and 160 thousand were detained in appalling conditions.<br />On Thursday, British Foreign Secretary William Hague told the House of Commons that more than 5,200 Kenyans will be compensated in a package worth $31m.
