Presidents Barack Obama and Xi Jinping have agreed on a set of rules to tackle cyber attacks.<br /><br />The two are meeting in California to discuss a whole range of issues affecting the two countries from trade, currency devaluation and North Korea's nuclear programme. <br /><br />There's also tension between the two countries over who has the most influence in countries in the Asia-Pacific region.<br /><br />In an interview with Al Jazeera, David Zweig, a professor at Hong Kong University, said the two leader's relationship could prove crucial to the future of the US and China.
