Syria's opposition is refusing to negotiate with President Bashar al-Assad's government despite losing a key battle.<br /><br />Syrian government forces have captured the last rebel-held land around the strategic city of Qusayr.<br /><br />It is a major blow to opposition fighters who were using the area to smuggle men and weapons into Syria.<br /><br />Some of the wounded from the battle for Qusayr are being evacuated across the border into Lebanon.<br /><br />It is a dangerous and slow operation that many do not survive.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Mohamed Vall has this exclusive report from the Lebanese border town of Arsal.
