Morris the cat is running for mayor in Xalapa, Mexico. Some students are dubbing him the 'citizen's candidate' out of frustration with local politicians. Morris' name won't be on the ballot, since he's a cat, but Gillian Pensavalle (@GillianWithaG) says, he's got a lot of support.
