Winnie Mandela -- the former wife of Nelson Mandela heads into the hospital Wednesday as the anti-apartheid leader and former President spends his fifth day in the hospital.<br/> <br />In an address before Parliament President Jacob Zuma had encouraging news.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE)(English) SOUTH AFRICAN PRESIDENT, JACOB ZUMA, SAYING:<br/> <br />"I'm happy to report that Madiba is responding better to treatment from this morning. We are very happy with the progress that he is now making following a difficult few days."<br/> <br />Mandela was admitted to the hospital early Saturday with a recurring lung infection.
