Recently exposed surveillance tactics of the US National Security Agency have raised questions over privacy rights in neighbouring Canada.<br /><br />As Canada's internet traffic goes through US-based servers, many are worried their communication is being monitored. <br /><br />The government there says that it has no access to the data gathered by US institutions, but reports have revealed details of Canada's own cyber-snooping programme. <br />Al Jazeera's Daniel Lak reports from Toronto.
