A rising death toll in Syria with the UN now putting the count at 93,000.<br/> <br />UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Navi Pillay, says conditions on the ground are getting worse in a conflict that has already gone on more than two years.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) UN HIGH COMMISSIONER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS, NAVI PILLAY, SAYING:<br/> <br />"The constant flow of killings continues at shockingly high levels - with more than 5,000 killings documented every month since last July, including a total of just under 27,000 new killings since 1 December.<br/> <br />She also warns that that death toll is likely even higher than the UN findings.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) UN HIGH COMMISSIONER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS, NAVI PILLAY, SAYING:<br/> <br />"Unfortunately, as the study indicates, this is most likely a minimum casualty figure.
