A fatal train crash shocks Argentina.<br/> <br />At least three passengers were killed and more than 200 injured when two trains collided near the Argentine capital, Buenos Aires on Thursday.<br/> <br />In an emotional speech, Argentine President Cristina Fernandez expressed her sympathy and pledged her support for victims of the tragedy.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) ARGENTINE PRESIDENT, CRISTINA FERNANDEZ, SAYING:<br/> <br />"Besides the solidarity and the pain that I have, I want to tell you I feel a bit of anger and powerlessness.
